Ronan is a founding partner of Campbell Commercial and has over 25 years of experience in the Northern Ireland property market.
Ronan graduated from the University of Ulster with an Honours degree in Estate Management in 1993 and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Ronan is an RICS Registered Valuer.
Specialist areas include commercial sales, acquisitions and valuation services, in which Ronan has represented many local and national companies and institutions.
Claire qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1996. She joined Campbell Commercial in 2002 to head up the Property Management Department and since then has built a reputation for providing a pragmatic and proactive service with an emphasis on quality and professional advice, geared towards maximising the value of clients’ investments.
Claire acts on behalf of a range of private clients, management companies and investors and is directly responsible for a varied portfolio of retail properties, office investments, industrial estates and high quality residential schemes across Northern Ireland.
Sharon has been with the firm since 2008. She is responsible for all finance matters within Campbell Commercial. She is responsible for the account processes for all management instructions across the company’s portfolio.
Sharon works closely with Property Management Surveyors, Landlords, Tenants and Client’s Accountants, with whom she has built good relationships and meets their individual needs.
Emily joined Campbell Commercial in the summer of 2016 and currently works within the company’s agency team specialising in the disposal and letting of properties across all sectors of the market. She provides professional/expert advice to a range of clients.
Emily also assists the management department and carries out inspections, she liaises with tenants and Landlords to ensure necessary works are carried out to the properties.
